Ella has a personal passion for empowering others to reach their full potential and has a genuine care in supporting individuals to thrive.

Nathan is a dynamic and results-driven CEO of bdl recruits, a leading recruitment agency in the SaaS, Edtech and Education space. With an impressive track record of growing his first business with no prior funding and winning Entrepreneur of the Year 2022, Nathan has built a formidable reputation in the industry, earning the trust of prominent organisations and candidates alike.

highly accomplished edtech professional dedicated to transforming best practice through technology.

Having operated as Executive Director of Sales and excelling in strategic leadership roles, James’
deep understanding of the education industry has been influential in driving remarkable business
growth and success.

Now, as the CEO of FE Tech, the UK’s leading Learning Technology Marketplace, James is on a mission to revolutionise learning practices across the sector.
